Client Advisor

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client service through outreach, appointments, and in-store engagement while maintaining product knowledge and store standards. Reports to the Store Manager and supports store operations including opening and closing tasks and visual merchandising. Role requires availability for regular weekend and closing shifts and participation in inventory and holiday season coverage.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI targets through client outreach and appointments
• Utilize brand selling techniques to maximize transactions and close sales
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and update client profiles
• Inform clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives
• Maintain high level of product knowledge through training resources
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and light cleaning duties
• Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
• Comply with company policies and promote a respectful work environment
• Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and perform light lifting

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably luxury
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Polished professional appearance and team oriented work ethic
• Availability for closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory and holiday season
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
