The Client Advisor provides exceptional luxury client service, represents the brand, and creates a branded client experience while driving individual and store sales goals. This role involves product knowledge, relationship building, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and convey product knowledge and brand heritage
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through high quality sales and service
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data using CRM and manage a neat client book
- Maintain store security and follow company policies and procedures
- Contribute to visual display and maintain organized understock and stock room
- Adhere to brand image standards and deliver branded luxury client experiences
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to multitask
- Team-focused with adaptability in a fast moving environment
- High flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
