Summary
Provide exceptional client service and achieve individual and boutique sales targets in a fast paced luxury retail environment. Support merchandising, point of sale accuracy, asset protection, and after sales service while maintaining boutique standards and organization.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets
- Organize and maintain the selling floor including merchandising, restocking, and visual standards
- Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and sales records
- Support inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory
- Follow asset protection procedures including tagging, key control, and bag checks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Provide high levels of client service including greeting, assisting, wrapping and packaging
- Report POS discrepancies to management and assist with administrative after sales tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Commitment to follow asset protection and operational procedures
