Join the store team as a Client Advisor reporting to the Store Manager, driving sales through client outreach, appointments, and strong product knowledge while maintaining store standards and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Utilize company selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Establish and maintain client profile records and nurture client relationships
- Maintain high level of product knowledge through training resources
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures and light maintenance tasks
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
- Comply with company policies and promote a respectful work environment
- Be available for scheduled shifts including weekends, inventory and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of prior retail sales or customer service experience preferably in luxury
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong clienteling skills and ability to build a loyal client following
- Excellent verbal and written communication and polished appearance
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic and leadership potential
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Available to work closing shifts a minimum of three times weekly and specified weekend schedule
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly
