Seasonal retail sales role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling. The salesperson will build customer relationships, provide styling advice, and support department presentation and operations during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling guidance and product fit recommendations
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Support department merchandising including stocking and price markdowns
• Fill orders and assist with re-merchandising tasks
• Open new customer reward program accounts
• Work flexible schedule and assist in other departments as needed
