Retail Associate - Las Vegas

As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience during the most magical time of the year at Neiman Marcus. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will ensure exceptional customer service by leading with a people-first mentality.

• Warmly welcome clients into Neiman Marcus at store entrances and within departments.
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs.
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
• Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, Alterations in partnership with Operations team and Managers.
• Enhance client experience by introducing services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, package carry-out or delivery.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
