Fashion Advisor - Bellagio

Summary

The WFJ Specialist supports the watches and fine jewelry boutique by delivering exceptional client experiences, driving conversion and retention, and contributing to business growth. This role partners with Fashion Advisors and category leadership to elevate category awareness, train team members, recruit and develop a personal client base, and maintain boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients for watches and fine jewelry
• Provide prompt professional warm and courteous client service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow up
• Take in repairs and manage aftersales communication with clients
• Maintain visual merchandising standards with category manager and regional visual team
• Participate in cycle counts and support accurate WFJ inventory management
• Support achieving sales goals through client development and service
• Work collaboratively within the team to elevate category knowledge and performance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or client facing role
• Previous experience in watches and fine jewelry
• Proven success in achieving sales goals
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays
• Service minded approach and passion for luxury and client development
