Client Advisor- Contemporary

Summary

Provide elevated client service and personalized styling to cultivate and maintain client relationships through in-store and digital selling. Use store technology and omni-channel tools to meet sales goals and act as a trusted style confidante for clients. This role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and engagement
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients in person and digitally
• Use digital tools social media and store technology for outreach and selling
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize to grow individual productivity through outreach and technology usage
• Create a collaborative positive work environment with colleagues

Requirements

• Experience in styling fashion and fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
