Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media tools to drive sales and engage customers
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Provide style and fit advice with honest confident feedback
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising tasks
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments as needed
• Adapt schedule and duties based on changing business needs
