Responsibilities
- Present products to clients using storytelling and technical details while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
- Build maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM platform.
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for showroom collections.
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Support showroom hospitality guidelines and deliver memorable client service.
- Use company systems hardware and software independently to perform duties.
- Complete administrative tasks that support the client experience.
- Accept and deliver client repairs and turn clients over to team members as needed.
- Comply with company guidelines policies and procedures and perform duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
- Excellent storytelling client service and selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as a team multitask and handle a fast paced environment.
- Computer literate including MS Office.
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift packages or boxes.
- Schedule flexibility including availability for evenings and weekends.
