Summary
Serve as a brand ambassador to convey Prada's philosophy and deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, maximizing individual and team sales through personalized service and relationship building. Guide clients through the brand world, capture client data for CRM, and support omnichannel efforts while maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment and provide excellence in-store customer service following the client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to develop relationships and future opportunities
- Support and promote an omnichannel mindset and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent experiences
- Engage in cross selling across departments and pursue individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain up-to-date fashion and competitor knowledge and demonstrate product and brand expertise
- Handle customer complaints appropriately and liaise with line manager when necessary
- Ensure shop floor and visual displays meet company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to loss prevention and maintain high security awareness
Requirements
- Passion for selling and working in stores
- Interest in luxury, fashion, art and design
- Experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication skills
