Sales Associate - Las Vegas North Premium Outlet

Summary

Provide exceptional client service as a Brand Ambassador at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlet location, driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships while supporting daily store operations and the Retail Excellence Program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and promote the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals
• Capture client data and maintain client relationships through follow up and after sales service
• Create genuine client relationships to drive KPIs including sales, UPT, and ATV
• Open and close consignments and handle returns and exchanges
• Support team initiatives, contests, and events to grow business
• Advise clients on product fit and handle customer repairs and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a retail environment
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Understanding of specialty retail and clienteling techniques
• Computer skills including retail point of sale, Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multitask
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused personality
