Senior Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance at the Las Vegas City Center location. The role focuses on clientelling, meeting sales targets, maintaining daily store operations, and supporting team development through coaching and events.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- Capture client data and maintain client relationships through after sales service
- Support new client generation while maintaining existing client relationships
- Perform daily operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance
- Maintain seamless inventory operations and manage consignments
- Process returns and exchanges accurately
- Develop business driving initiatives, contests, and events
- Coach and train sales team members to support performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment
- Full understanding of specialty retail and proven clientelling track record
- Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
- Strong multi tasking skills and ability to balance daily responsibilities
- Excellent communication and relationship building with clients and peers
- Entrepreneurial, sales focused personality
- Demonstrated ability to use retail tools and follow policies and procedures
