Summary

The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client service from welcome to close, representing the brand with expert product knowledge and driving sales to meet store and personal goals. The role supports store operations, visual standards, and team objectives while maintaining a professional appearance and adherence to company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
• Maintain customer correspondence and develop client relationships
• Follow established sales techniques and service standards
• Develop and demonstrate strong product and industry knowledge
• Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory
• Support product launches and company initiatives
• Maintain visual merchandising standards with direction from management
• Participate in training of new sales associates when requested

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales
• Proven success in client service within a luxury environment
• Strong organization, communication and follow up skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands
• Results oriented and self motivated to achieve goals
• Highly flexible team player available to work any day including weekends
• Computer proficiency
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly
