Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and product knowledge.
- Use CRM tools to record customer data and maintain an organized client book.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Support visual presentation and maintain store image standards.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization per company policy.
- Assist with shipping receiving and inventory control as requested.
- Address client issues including shipping and alterations promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive workplace.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven record of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Adaptable to varied customer needs and fast paced environments.
- Foreign language skills a plus but not required.
