Provide exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment by building client relationships, driving sales, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service to clients
• Initiate and build client relationships through creative selling and use of client book and mailings
• Complete sales including post sale follow up
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and strategies
• Assist in maintaining visual standards and general selling floor maintenance
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on fit and custom design options
• Assist in maintaining inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task
• Positive outgoing high energy personality with entrepreneurial sales focus
• Computer skills including retail point of sale Word Excel and email
• Strong desire for fashion and results driven attitude
