Summary
The Client Advisor will act as a passionate brand ambassador delivering exceptional luxury shopping experiences, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving individual sales performance and KPIs within the Las Vegas Crystals store. This role requires strong product knowledge, clienteling skills, and adherence to company standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service by greeting, listening and assisting clients to exceed their needs
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across product categories
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools
- Engage clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments
- Work to exceed individual financial targets and contribute to store success
- Foster teamwork and a positive working environment in line with company behaviours
- Maintain shopfloor standards and product levels according to House policies
- Participate in clienteling initiatives and support visual merchandising guidelines
- Follow operational procedures including cash activity, inventory and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs
- Genuine interest in fashion with knowledge of luxury products and trends
- Strong verbal and written communication and selling skills
- Client centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit and team mentality
- Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM
- Ability to be mobile for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 10 lbs. regularly
