Join the boutique team as a Sales Associate delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving sales targets, and supporting daily boutique operations. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships while representing the Maison with professionalism and product expertise.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service before during and after sales
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow up
- Negotiate and handle objections and appropriately resolve client issues escalating when needed
- Assist with daily set up breakdown merchandising and maintenance of displays and back stock
- Participate in inventories cycle counts and support audit preparation
- Support and participate in in store and offsite events and networking
- Comply with security and operational policies and communicate maintenance issues
Requirements
- 2 years previous experience in luxury retail (2 to 5 years preferred)
- Availability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday and one weekday
- College degree preferred
- Computer literate with MS Office required SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of timepiece movements and additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and travel for trainings and events
