Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets, develops and maintains client relationships, and ensures an exceptional client experience across all touch points while participating in daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during and after sales to create a unique client experience
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow up
- Support and participate in in store and offsite events and networking initiatives
- Assist with daily boutique set up, breakdown, merchandising and back stock maintenance
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary
- Support special projects such as price changes and back office responsibilities
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- Availability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday and one weekday
- College degree preferred
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service focus
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are a plus
- Ability to travel for trainings, client events and conferences
