Summary

Provide elevated selling and exceptional customer service as a trusted style confidante for clients who shop in-store and digitally. Use store technology and digital tools to drive sales, build relationships, and deliver personalized styling experiences within the Gift Galleries.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized outreach and styling
• Sell to clients in-person and remotely using digital tools and omnichannel inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Demonstrate expert brand and fashion knowledge to advise clients
• Strategize and grow individual business through outreach and technology usage
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment
• Report to the Sales Manager and follow store policies and procedures

Requirements

• Experience in styling fashion and fashion retail
• Proven commission sales experience
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• Motivated to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs
• Ability to work onsite at the specified location
