Summary
The Client Advisor provides exceptional luxury client service, represents the brand, and delivers a branded customer experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role involves product knowledge, client relationship building, and contribution to store presentation and security standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service following the Gucci selling ceremony
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM and an organized client book
- Contact clients regularly and follow up on sales and requests
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury product offerings
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain store visual standards and organized understock and stock room
- Adhere to image standards, security procedures, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience
- Proven ability to drive sales results and build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization, follow up, and attention to detail
- Team focused with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
