Performance-driven salesperson responsible for achieving boutique sales targets and delivering memorable client experiences. Acts as a brand ambassador to build long-lasting client relationships through clienteling and omnichannel engagement. Supports operations excellence by following retail processes and contributing to store maintenance and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales to meet individual and boutique KPIs through client discovery and product presentation
- Develop and maintain client relationships through outreach, appointments, and personalized follow up
- Promote brand story, product knowledge, and technical details to inspire client trust
- Execute visual merchandising and window animation to enhance product presentation
- Use digital and CRM tools for clienteling and sales tracking
- Support daily retail operations including inventory, cash handling, store opening and closing
- Coordinate aftersales processes until product return to boutique
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment and support colleagues
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and brand procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and related technologies
- Fluent in English and the local language; additional language is a plus
- Strong selling skills including upselling, handling objections, and closing
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ASP, and mix
- Experience with clienteling and digital retail tools and CRM systems
- High level of professionalism, presentation skills, and client centric mindset
- Energetic, self motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast paced environment
