The Client Advisor delivers an exceptional luxury client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. The role builds lasting client relationships, demonstrates product and brand knowledge, and supports operational excellence and the boutique’s image.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and represent the brand throughout the client experience.
• Meet sales targets and support the achievement of store goals.
• Use CRM and clienteling tools to source prospective clients and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Share product knowledge and brand heritage, and support the sales ceremony on the shop floor.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining the shop floor.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear.
• Strong communication skills.
