Full-time Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton Easton Columbus responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service and creating memorable experiences for clients. Act as an ambassador of the brand, tailoring in-store interactions and leveraging clienteling tools to build long-term relationships. Drive individual and team sales performance through product knowledge and strategic advisory selling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals.
• Provide personalized advisory service across the Brand and all product categories.
• Learn, master, and maintain deep Brand and product knowledge.
• Leverage in-house clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Tailor the client experience to discover and address client needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferably in a high-end or luxury market, or a strong background in customer-centric roles.
• Strong sales and commercial mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and a willingness to learn.
• Availability to work full-time in-store.
