Summary

The Outlet Sales Associate delivers an elevated customer experience and represents the RH brand through personalized service. This role helps customers make informed purchasing decisions and contributes to sales goals and store success.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and educate them about RH products, features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
• Build product knowledge and confidently address customer needs, services, and policies.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance in keeping with the RH aesthetic.
• Process sales transactions accurately and contribute to team sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, bending, and climbing.
