Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales goals and representing the brand. They demonstrate fashion knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with styling, sizing, and fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Educate customers about available programs, initiatives, products, and services.
• Complete opening and closing duties, operate the register, and participate in required training.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts; occasional overnight work or travel may be required.
