Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Brand and product knowledge across all product categories.
• Advise clients and tailor their in-store experience.
• Use clienteling tools to develop long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Bring a strong customer-focused approach and passion for creating memorable client experiences.
• Previous retail experience is preferred, particularly in a high-end or luxury environment; customer-centric experience will also be considered.
