Summary

Provide exceptional luxury retail service as a Client Advisor embodying the brand through elevated client interactions, relationship building, and consistent achievement of sales targets. Deliver memorable in-store experiences, foster clienteling, and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and grow outreach business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Deliver repeat business through personalized follow up and curated appointments.
• Provide elevated in-store experiences and execute hospitality best practices.
• Drive sales through key product pillars and styling recommendations.
• Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver excellent communication.
• Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree and proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
