Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Fendi in Miami, you will be accountable for providing outstanding customer service and for exceeding assigned sales goals. By building meaningful relationships with your clients, you will become an expert on their every need and tailor their experience within our store to elevate their experience and impression of Fendi while building long-lasting relationships.

• Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines and maintain client books.
• Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
• Participate in vital stocking/restocking of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow FENDI dress code.
• Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
• Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
• Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
• Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow all health and safety guidelines.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 10lbs.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Organizational and strong digital literacy required.
• Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
