Responsibilities- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed sales goals for the store, category, and individual targets.
- Adhere to store guidelines and policies.
- Build and maintain client books, address client concerns, and maintain customer correspondence to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking/restocking activities and maintain visual standards.
- Use POS system and other software accurately, updating customer databases.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform store maintenance functions and participate in opening/closing duties as needed.
- Engage in training new Client Advisors and prepare for monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma required.
- Strong organizational and digital literacy skills.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
