Client Advisor - Green Hills

As a Client Advisor at Bottega Veneta in Nordstrom Green Hills, you will be part of a dynamic team, driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to the brand's success through client outreach and relationship building.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
• Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through various training resources.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with company policies.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs consistently.
• Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work closing shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and during the holiday season.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
