Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor, you will play a central role in driving sales and achieving objectives within the boutique. You will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences and services, supporting your colleagues, and ensuring the best client experience through omnichannel sales strategies.

• Increase boutique sales by working on personal KPIs and collaborating with team members.
• Propose new ideas for sales development, including merchandising and events.
• Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA.
• Achieve individual clienteling objectives and leverage client data for business growth.
• Contribute to daily operations, including inventory, cash management, and store maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with retail and administrative processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
• Fluent in English and local language; a third language is a plus.
• Strong selling skills, including client discovery and sales closing.
• Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
• Digitally savvy with knowledge of digital tools and brand retail procedures.
• Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
