Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use networking and technology to grow sales and customer base
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re merchan dising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Be flexible to work varied schedules based on business needs
