Sales Associate - Green Hills

Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales at the Green Hills store. Role involves clienteling, product knowledge, styling guidance, and supporting store operations. Position requires flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays and a customer focused attitude. The associate will contribute to store KPIs while maintaining organized sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated welcoming experience for clients
• Offer styling expertise seasonal trends and product knowledge to build sales
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Maintain a well organized sales floor and stockroom
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Continuously seek feedback and demonstrate a learning attitude
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent customer service role
• Proven experience generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Customer focused with demonstrated empathy and service orientation
