Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and drive appointment based selling
- Provide style guidance, honest feedback on fit and value, and educate customers on new brands
- Conduct and participate in product knowledge meetings and share product feedback with management
- Support merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, display setup, price markdowns, and transfers
- Grow business by opening new rewards program accounts and driving predictable sales
- Collaborate with DSAs, stylists, and surrounding departments to support store performance
- Use sales reporting to prioritize tasks and inform selling strategies
