Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide an inviting guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
- Offer styling expertise, seasonal trend guidance, and product knowledge to build sales
- Develop and maintain the client journey to drive repeat business
- Capture and manage client data through cultivating relationships
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Proven experience generating sales and building client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Creative and innovative mindset open to new ideas
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
