Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations to recommend products
- Engage customers to understand their beauty needs and build followings in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer-ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends through trainings
Requirements
