The Retail Sales associate is passionate about fashion and styling and focuses on cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role sets and achieves sales goals through in-store and digital selling, provides style and fit advice, and supports department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
