Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Use selling tools such as text and social media to engage customers
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
- Provide styling and fit recommendations confidently and honestly
- Open new customer rewards program accounts
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Occasionally work in departments other than the one hired into
- Remain flexible to varied schedules based on business needs
