Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving in-store and digital sales. Build customer relationships and support a welcoming team environment at the Beauty counter.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to meet customer beauty goals
- Recommend and sell ontrend and luxury beauty products
- Use text and social media to drive digital selling and build a customer following
- Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer Nordstrom Rewards accounts to build loyalty
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to stay customer ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience

- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer connection skills and proactive customer service
- Empathy and respect during makeup and skincare services
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
