Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through personalized service
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback about fit and value to customers
- Conduct appointment based selling during event and non event timeframes
- Participate in and lead brand product knowledge meetings for peers
- Keep the department customer ready through stocking re merchandising displays and price markdowns
- Provide product feedback to the district manager to influence assortment
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate customer relationships
- Ability to excel in a competitive team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfort working a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to read sales reporting and use data to meet goals
- Strong product and brand knowledge with willingness to seek ongoing training

- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent movement bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
