Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Gucci Indianapolis, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, embodying the brand's philosophy and values. You will create a luxury client experience and act as a Gucci Ambassador, connecting clients to the brand.

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing business growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge and brand heritage.
• Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
• Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
• Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
• Maintain security standards and uphold visual display standards.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive results and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule.
