Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Gucci San Marcos, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, embodying the brand's philosophy and values. You will create a luxury client experience and act as a Gucci Ambassador, connecting clients to the brand.

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, enhancing business development.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge and Gucci heritage.
• Drive individual KPI goals through high-quality sales and customer service.
• Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client development.
• Maintain an organized client book and follow up on sales and client requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
• Maintain security standards and uphold visual display standards.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• 1+ years of service-related work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with technology and additional languages a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Service mindset with a passion for fashion and the brand.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
