Client Advisor - Houston Galleria

As a Client Advisor at our Houston Galleria Boutique, you will provide impeccable service to our clients and act as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand. You will tailor the client experience to exceed expectations while supporting the team and ensuring the smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.

• Provide exceptional service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations.
• Mentor and support the team on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and brand history.
• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
• Proactively use clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain relationships with loyal clients.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
