As a Temp Sales Associate at Balenciaga Houston Galleria, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a brand ambassador. You will work closely with the Store Director to meet individual and store sales goals, while promoting the philosophy and values of Balenciaga.

• Achieve individual sales and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of Balenciaga's history and message.
• Maintain an organized client book with meaningful data, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
• Stay informed about current trends and fashion history to engage clients and provide advice.
• Collaborate with team members, fostering open communication and proposing effective solutions.
• Contribute to daily operational tasks as per company directives.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals.
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
