Seasonal beauty sales role focused on men’s and women’s fragrance at the Houston Galleria. The salesperson will cultivate and grow a customer following through in-store and digital selling, meet sales goals, and provide styling and product expertise while supporting department readiness.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
• Build lasting relationships and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide confident and honest product and style guidance to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Work a variable and flexible schedule based on business needs
