Job Description

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury client experiences while achieving personal and boutique sales targets. This role acts as a brand ambassador, builds and maintains client relationships, manages CRM activities, and supports boutique operations and visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

  • Host clients and provide personalized customer experiences
  • Sell watches accessories and services to meet and exceed turnover targets
  • Identify and create sales opportunities inside and outside the boutique
  • Develop and maintain client database and manage clienteling activities
  • Handle customer service requests and related processes
  • Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising
  • Act as brand ambassador in and out of the boutique
  • Support boutique organization and team operations
  • Take on specialty roles such as Visual Merchandising Operations or CRM to elevate KPIs

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with video chat software
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proven selling skills and result oriented mindset
  • Highly organized reliable and accountable
  • High emotional intelligence and strong sense of luxury etiquette
  • Ability to adapt approach to individual clients and build networks
