Client Advisor Keyholder

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers an authentic Stone Island customer experience by welcoming clients, sharing product and brand knowledge, and building lasting relationships. This role drives individual and team sales while supporting store operations and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Collect client information and proactively nurture client relationships.
• Advise clients on the collection, fabrics, and product details.
• Achieve individual sales results and contribute to team goals through cross-selling.
• Support stockroom organization, replenishment, transfers, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Some experience in fashion retail or hospitality, or an interest in fashion-related studies.
• Luxury or contemporary retail experience is a plus.
• Strong client service skills and a commercial mindset.
• Trustworthiness, flexibility, agility, and a collaborative attitude.
• Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Openness to new technologies and a professional image aligned with the brand.
