Client Advisor - Las Vegas Crystals

As a Client Advisor at our Las Vegas Crystal Boutique, you will be a key ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand, providing impeccable service and tailoring the client experience to exceed expectations. You will support the team by mentoring and ensuring the smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.

• Provide exceptional service to clients and act as a true ambassador of the brand.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and use clienteling tools effectively.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
