Summary

Provide exceptional, personalized client service and represent the brand during every client interaction at the Legacy West store. Drive sales and long-term client relationships through clienteling, appointments, and follow-up to meet store commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable in‑store experiences and embody the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.
• Develop and cultivate client relationships, capture client data, and grow outreach business through clienteling.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets through appointments and repeat business.
• Convert clients through curiosity, discovery, and styling recommendations tied to key product pillars.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices and act on client feedback to elevate the in‑store experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client‑facing hospitality roles with a proven track record in achieving commercial results.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse client base.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
